In my last post, I asked a question. “What’s more important? Usability or features?” Today, Jack Aaronson asks another question. “Which is more important: brand or usability?”

I believe brand and usability act as filters, a way to navigate choices. I believe people first filter by brand and the set that emerges is then filtered by usability. That’s how I do at least.
